Services
Cornmill.Online provides custom software development, web development, mobile app development, and related technology services as described in our service agreements.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project requirements and specifications
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Provide necessary access to systems and resources
- Make payments according to agreed schedules
- Review and approve deliverables within specified timeframes
Payment Terms
- Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Refunds are handled according to project-specific agreements
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project. Cornmill.Online retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination procedures and obligations are detailed in individual service agreements.
